New Study on the Global Impact of Vegan Diets

In our first main segment, we discuss a compelling new study published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences which found that widespread adoption of vegan diets could slash greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change, prevent millions of premature deaths, and save governments billions of dollars each year in health care costs.
