We’ll also talk to Kelly Peloza, author of the cookbook The Vegan Cookie Connoisseur, which she wrote between the ages of 16-18, and includes such creations as Rootbeer Float Cookies (for which she won a recipe contest sponsored by Earth Balance), Cranberry Almond Cookies, Peanut Butter & Jam Thumbprints, and some great staples, including Graham Crackers, Ginger Snaps, and several variations of Chocolate Chip Cookies.
